Enhancing Availability for Outbound Clients - Exercise

This exercise provides you an opportunity to practice what you learned in the previous lesson. You will be presented with a troubleshooting scenario, but unlike Problem Solver exercises, you will not submit your response to a tutor. Instead, work offline in Notepad® or Microsoft Word®. When you have completed your solution, click the Submit button to compare your results.

In the left hand column, you will find the two options for establishing a proxy array. In the right hand column, you should explain reasons for choosing one option, then the other; give two reasons for each method.
